Maegan and I have started a new project for her room.  She wants a corner bench next to her closet with some storage in it, but that's not all.  She also want a foot stool to go with it and she wants it to be able to convert into a flat lounger where she could lay down and read or (if she is having a sleep over) even sleep.  I think I have solved the design problems and we started on the project today (we are both working on it though at the start it is more me, can you say power tools!).  I will be taking pictures and posting a new gallery as we work on it.  Today we go the first bench framed out.  This one will have a drawer in it (that I have to build yet) and will be where the fold-down "lounger" will be attached.  I'll update more as we work on it this summer.
