Ok, so this week was not a good week.  I ended up being out late both Monday and Tuesday night working on the sound system at church, so by the time I got home I was either really beat or really hungry (it's what I get for not taking a good snack with me, like an Herbalife protein bar).  So I did not loose this week, in fact I gained.  1 pound (there's a dollar in the Weight Loss Challenge penalty jar) and 1/2 an inch.  I also skipped my excercise 4 days this week.  I will have to do much better this week.
