I had one of my killer migraines yesterday.  It was so bad I couldn't even sleep.  The worst of it was I did not read my Bible or excercise yesterday either!  Argh, why is it so hard to make good habits.  Bad habits seem to be made easily and and really hard to break, but good habits take work to make and are easy to break (hey that rhymes).

 So tonight I am catching up on my reading, but was still not able to do the workout.  Grrr.  Guess I may have to do week one again of that.
