Well, I am a day late in posting this because of how busy yesterday was, BUT that's ok (read about what happened yesterday). 

This week was more proof that good nutrition is the key to weight loss.  I have been so busy that I have not had the time to exercise lately at all, and yet the weight and inches keep coming off.  This week I lost another 2 pounds of weight (make the total weight lost to be 8.5 pounds in 7 weeks) and  another 2+ inches!  My belt is almost too big for me now!  What a great problem to have.
