So I have been meaning to do this all summer, but never got around to it.  Well, I finally did today.  I started a 30 day program in EA Active Sports.  I have set my goals pretty low, so I should easily make them this first week, but I have to say I am tired.  After my workout it said I burned 142.3 calories and worked out for 23:52.  I plan on doing this 5 days a week in the morning from now on (or at least the next 30 days).  If I can continue at the pace I set today, that would be 700 calories a week I would be burning!  That's 25% of the calories I need to burn or take out of my diet to loose 1 pound a week (3500 calories a week = 1 pound of weight loss).
