RPA2025QC型质检型橡胶加工分析仪：为传统无转子流变仪的升级版，也是橡胶加工分析仪RPA2025的质检专用型。专用于生胶、未硫化胶、可硫化胶和混炼胶的加工特性、硫化特性和粘弹特性的现场快速检测。利用加压密闭模腔的振荡频率、剪切应变和试验温度的大范围变化，一次测得胶样在硫化前的加工特性、硫化中的硫化特性、硫化后的物理特性，其固化的“一键式”操作的试验方法符合ASTM D5289、ASTM D6204等国际标准。
RPA2025QC Rubber Processing Analyzer for QCis designed, as an upgrade of traditional rheometer and special for QC floor of RPA2025, to test the dynamic processability, curability, viscoelastic property of raw material, uncured rubber and curable rubber by use of the die cavity with its oscillating frequency, shearing strain and temperature in wide range changing through one piece of sample test, which “One-touch Operation” programmed test methods are in complied to ASTM D5289 and ASTM D6204, as well as other international standards.
